By accessing or using the Care website at meno-pause-care.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Care is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. The Service currently consists of a waitlist signup page where you can register your interest in our upcoming menopause symptom tracker mobile application.

4. Waitlist and Referral Program

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any specific launch date
• Referral rewards (free Premium months) are subject to change and will be honoured for referrals made before any changes are announced
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Abuse of the referral system (fake signups, spam) may result in removal from the waitlist

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated means to interact with the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Abuse the referral system through fake accounts or spam

6. Intellectual Property

The Care name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Care and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email.
