What is Care?
Care is a symptom tracker designed for women going through perimenopause and menopause. It helps you log daily symptoms, track patterns over time, and generate reports you can share with your healthcare provider.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap “Sign Up”. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. After signing up, you will complete a short onboarding flow to personalise your experience.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link via email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
How do I log my daily symptoms?
Open the app and go to the Journal tab. Rate your mood, energy, and sleep quality, then mark which symptoms you experienced that day. The check-in takes under 60 seconds.
Can I change which symptoms I track?
Yes. From the Journal screen, tap the pencil icon to open Symptom Management. You can search all 52 symptoms across 8 categories and add or remove any from your tracking list.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use Row Level Security so you can only access your own data. We never sell or share your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account and Data Management
Delete Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data, email shanthan95@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Account deletion is permanent. All profile information, symptom logs, check-in history, and journal entries will be permanently removed.
Request a Copy of Your Data
Under GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email shanthan95@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Export Request” and we will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.

Care requires iOS 16.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
